Appointments & Arrangements

Book an Appointment

We highly recommend booking your appointment in advance to ensure your preferred date and time slot can be reserved. We will contact you the day before your visit to confirm your scheduled appointment time.

If you need to make an enquiry or change your appointment, please contact us via WhatsApp at 6395 1693 or call us at 2572 5422.

When booking, please ask about pre-visit instructions and confirm whether your pet requires fasting, medication adjustments, or any other special preparations.

Medical & Health Records

If your pet has previously received treatment at another clinic, please be sure to inform our nursing staff.

Please bring along past medical records, including vaccination records, laboratory reports, and all past diagnostic results.

Please keep a record of all current medications, including all medicines, nutritional supplements, and their dosages.

Pre-Surgery Preparation

  • Fasting Guidelines: Please start fasting your pet (stop feeding food) from 6:00 AM on the day of the surgery.

  • Familiar Items: You may bring a blanket or toy that is familiar to your pet, as this helps to reduce their stress and anxiety.

  • Essential Items: If needed, please bring an Elizabethan collar (e-collar/cone) or a regular collar.

Guidelines for Your Visit Day

  • Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete the registration process. (Late arrivals will need to wait until the next visitor who arrived on time has completed their consultation.)

  • Safety Measures: For safety reasons, please ensure that dogs are securely leashed, and cats or other small pets are placed inside a sturdy carrier.

  • Stay Calm: Pets can sense their owner's emotions, so please try to stay as calm as possible to increase their sense of security. Our clinic also provides stress-relief products such as Feliway (for cats) and Adaptil (for dogs).

Post-Treatment Care

Observe Your Pet's Condition: Please monitor your pet's reaction after their visit. If any abnormal behavior or side effects occur (such as vomiting or diarrhea), please contact us as soon as possible.

Follow-Up Appointments: Please schedule a follow-up consultation or routine check-up as advised by the veterinarian.
